As Christians, we are reminded to love our neighbors and to remember that we are the salt of the earth. Salt heals, preserves, and adds flavor. We are also reminded that we are one in Christ. These reminders are taken seriously by the congregation of OUMC and our neighbors at Stella Maris Catholic Chapel, which is why we formed the OUMC & Stella Maris Disaster Reponse Team to provide relief to areas affected by natural disaster. 

Together we are better able to be love and to stay salty.
